Please kindly return you room card to the reception upon check out. If you lose your card, please inform the reception. You will receive another card and the charge for the lost one will be added to the bill at the end of your stay.
In spite of the advanced nature of the equipment, there might be some problems from time to time. We will repair everything while you are away. Please inform our receptionist about the necessary repairs.
Guests can park at parking Park Tivoli. It is apx. 500 meters walking distance back to the hotel. The parking is included in the price, reservation is not needed. We are not responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle.

PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM
Use the DO NOT DISTURB sign, which guarantees complete privacy. If you do not wish to have the room cleaned or would not want to be disturbed for a longer period of time, please inform the clerk at the reception.
You can leave your money and other valuables in the safety deposit box in the room.
DRY-CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICE
Mark the services you want on the laundry bag (you will find it in your wardrobe) and use our self-service laundry in the basement.
You are welcome to stock your mini bar with items purchased at vending machine down in the basement.
Even if you have forgotten anything, you need not worry. We will keep all things left behind for another year.
- The management of the hotel assumes no responsibility for the money or valuables that were not stored in the room safe. For the personal luggage left by the guest in the room, the hotel’s management is responsible only if the room has been locked and the card is issued at the reception.
- Valuable guests, please use the room and common spaces, equipment and inventory as you should own them and do not disturb other guests.
- Do not cook, wash or iron in the hotel room. You can leave the laundry in a bag, washed and returned until the next day.
- The use of additional heating devices is not permitted.

- If a guest uses a room or common spaces in violation of Clauses 2. up to 5. of the house rules, the host may cancel further services and cancel the hotel services contract.
- Valuable guests, please immediately report any damage or damage to the room or common areas at the reception.
- The guest is responsible for damage to the premises and equipment, equipment and inventory that is caused by his fault or by the fault of the persons for whom he is responsible. The level of liability and the amount of damage is determined by the authorized hotel staff. The guest must settle the damage at the latest when leaving the hotel.
